Making it a routine again

It’s proving more difficult than I remember to incorporate working out in to my schedule. I think having a few different gym partners will help with that. I worked out today after feeling gloomy for most of the day. It is amazing how much sweating is not only a physical, but emotional and mental release for me. 10 minutes on the treadmill, 30 on the elliptical, 5 minutes of stretching and 570 cal burned.
I have a gym date for the am, rest Wednesday, night gym date on Thursday, then rest Friday. Let’s do this!
